Looking forward to Sunday morning when we will worship in Spirit and Truth, and open our hearts to God’s “living and powerful” word.  Please read and meditate in John’s Gospel, chapters 8 and 10, in preparation for the message.  Come a little early for refreshments & fellowship and then join the prayer team as we invite the presence of Jesus to fill us and the sanctuary.

Just a reminder that tonight, Thursday, July 22nd, at 7 pm is "Movie Night" at the Bakken's home.  Come in your comfy clothes, bring a friend and a goodie to share. We'll be watching a great movie--the screenplay was adapted from a book by a friend of our daughter, Devorah.

Directions:  In Cashmere, drive up Olive Street, turn left on Rank Road (almost to Yaxum Canyon), turn left on Kennedy--the Bakken's is the last house; park along Kennedy.

Thank you for all your prayers. As I am pressing in for full recovery, I am fighting fatigue. The Board has encouraged me to have Pastor Steve continue to preach occasionally, as he did when I was out for surgery, so this Sunday he will be bringing the message from John chapter 9. I am excited to hear what the Lord has put on his heart.   At the conclusion of service there will be a brief special business meeting to vote on the sale of the 501 Cottage Avenue property.  See you then.
